• Manufactures Hull, Deck Of Boats And Aeroparts Out Of Fiberglass And Carbon Fiber Laminates.Knowledge In Vaccuum Bagging, Infusion, Pre-Preg
Finishing:
o Identify Various Sand Paper Grit And Appliction
o Perform Product Inspection For Bubbles / Alligatoring And Pinholes.
o Mixed Various Types Of Polyster Andepoxputty
o Repair Crack, Alligatoring, Bubbles, Pinholes And Othes kind Of Surface Defects.
o Perform Cutting Using Diamond Wheel Cutter Along Product Line Shape
o Use Various Type Of Air Brush For Retouch On Repaired Surface
o Perform Sanding Task.
o Perform Rubbing And Buffing Tasks (Using Hands Or Machine).
o Use Various Types Of Finishing Tools.
o Observe Product Quality As Required By The Customer
